The digital fully variable frequency pressure-stabilizing tank-type non-negative pressure water supply equipment mainly consists of a constant flow tank, a booster pump group, a variable frequency control cabinet, a vacuum suppressor, a pressure sensor and other components. The constant flow tank, as the core component of the system, is made of food-grade stainless steel and features corrosion resistance and good sealing performance. It can effectively store and regulate water volume, and at the same time eliminate negative pressure in the system through a vacuum suppressor to ensure water supply safety. The equipment is also equipped with an intelligent frequency conversion control cabinet, which enables independent control of each water pump through CAN bus technology, allowing the water pumps to operate within the high-efficiency working range and thus achieving energy-saving effects.
High efficiency and energy saving: Through full frequency conversion technology, the equipment can dynamically adjust the operating frequency of the water pump according to the actual water demand, avoiding frequent starts and stops of the water pump and thus saving electricity. It is estimated that the energy-saving effect of this equipment can reach more than 50%.
Non-negative pressure operation: The equipment, through the design of a constant flow tank and a vacuum suppressor, avoids the negative pressure problem in the municipal water supply network caused by water pump pumping in traditional water supply methods, thus protecting the integrity of the municipal water supply network
Intelligent management: The equipment supports remote monitoring and fault alarm functions. Users can understand the real-time operating status of the equipment through Internet of Things technology and handle abnormal situations promptly
Fully enclosed design: The equipment operates in a fully enclosed mode, avoiding secondary pollution issues and reducing noise pollution at the same time. It is particularly suitable for places with high requirements for water quality and the environment
