What is super-rigid double-sided arc rib plate?
The inner and outer sides of the plate body are bidirectional arc ribs (corrugated). The bidirectional arc ribs (corrugated) structure is that there are arc grooves and arc bulges spaced along the length direction of the plate body. The arc grooves and arc bulges are arranged continuously and smoothly with each other. The vertical distance between the lowest point line of the arc groove and the highest point line of the arc bulge is 30-90 mm, which is generally 55 mm. By setting bi-directional arc rib (corrugated) structure, this module can reduce the concentrated impact and scattering force of pressure inside the tank, make the module more rigid and more deform able, thus improving the service life and stability of the tank or pump house structure.
Characteristics of super-rigid double-sided arc rib plate:
- There is no plane gap between adjacent arc grooves and arc bulges.
- The adjacent arc grooves and arc bulges are designed centrally symmetrically. The angle between the hem and the body is 135 degrees. The thickness of the module is 1.8~5mm; The length is 800~4800mm;
- Super rigidity bidirectional corrugated module is made by one-time metal stamping and stretching of a specific die.
- The material of the module is one of stainless steel, carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized material, stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized compound material.
