DC, DS series end-suction centrifugal pump through the centrifugal force generated by the impeller of the rotating pump to drive the rotation of the fluid to complete the liquid transport, mainly by the main shaft, impeller, pump shell, mechanical seal combination of the pump body and the motor through the coupling.DC, DS series is mainly used in HVAC systems, cooling towers, and air conditioning systems, and can be used as booster pumps in water supply systems.
DC, DS series uses the casting process and pull-back design to pull out the impeller, coupling, and motor while constantly connecting the pump body with the piping system.

Pump connection mode
●Pull-back design, motor, and pump body for separate structure.
●The pump head bracket is used as the connection device between the motor and the pump body, and the O-ring is used as the seal between the pump body.
●Flange size in accordance with GB/T17241.6 or IS07005- 2/DIN2501 standard PN16 provisions.
Pump liquid temperature
●Normal temperature pump: liquid temperature -15 °C to +70 °C.
●Hot water pump: liquid temperature -15 °C to +105 °C

Performance curve
●Curve tolerance in line with ISO9906.
●All curves are based on the test of a 3x 380V motor at constant speed of 2900rpm or 2950rpm, 1480rpm or 1450rpm.
●Test medium temperature is 20 °C, does not contain any solid impurities and air water.
●The use of the pump refers to the performance range of the bolded curve to prevent the flow rate from overheating the motor, or the flow rate from overloading the motor.
Altitude and ambient temperature
When the pump is operating at an ambient temperature greater than 40 °C or an altitude greater than 1000m, the motor output power P2 will be reduced, and the pump, in this case, the motor power needs to be enlarged.
