Patented Structural Reinforcement Technology
This tank utilizes Mingxing's patented Bidirectional Arc-Ribbed technology, which incorporates convex arc ribs running in both the horizontal and vertical directions across the tank panels. This design fundamentally transforms the load distribution by creating a complex grid-like reinforcement pattern, effectively dissipating hydrostatic pressure across the entire panel surface rather than concentrating it at the corners or seams.
The resulting structure achieves significantly higher rigidity and stability than standard flat-panel sectional tanks. This super rigid design minimizes panel deflection and reduces stress on the bolts and gaskets, dramatically increasing the tank's service life and leak protection integrity.
Specification Table: Arc-Ribbed SW Tank

| Sealing Integrity | Enhanced by Reduced Panel Flexing |
| Material Options | HDG Steel or Stainless Steel (Same as standard SW) |
| Applicable Height | Designed for High-Volume and High-Lift Applications (Up to 8 meters) |
| Tie-Rod Requirement | Further Minimized or Eliminated in Shorter Heights |
| Design Compliance | Relevant Local Seismic and Wind Load Codes |
| Aesthetic | Unique, modern external appearance due to convex ribs |
Application Fields
- Water storage in seismic zones where structural resilience is paramount.
- High-volume, high-lift fire water reserve tanks (Ultra-Stiff Double-Sided Arc-Ribbed Fire Water Tank).
- Storage for critical infrastructure (power plants, communication centers) where failure is unacceptable.
- Integration into the Arc Rib Pump Station and other integrated modular solutions.
- Applications requiring maximum durability and lowest long-term maintenance costs.
Engineering and Custom Fabrication
We provide certification that the structural design has been validated by third-party engineering firms for its specified structural performance, including wind and seismic resistance ratings.
Customization Scope: We offer specific BDF (Bolted-Composite) configurations which use arc-ribbed technology for the inner steel shell and a concrete outer layer, ideal for Mingxing BDF Semi-Buried Fire Water Tank applications.
The production process includes stringent checks on the zinc coating thickness (for HDG) in the rib valleys to ensure uniform long-term protection.
