This is a premium integrated solution that physically combines a large-capacity water storage tank (often sectional steel) with a dedicated, attached pump room (skid and enclosure). It provides a complete, self-contained water supply system in a single structural unit.
The key advantage is the guaranteed hydraulic integrity between the tank outlet and the pump inlet (suction), as the short, optimized piping is factory-installed, eliminating on-site pipe fitting errors and maximizing pump performance by optimizing the NPSHa.

Engineering and Custom Fabrication
Our engineering includes heat load calculations for the pump room and structural analysis of the tank walls supporting the pump room components.
Customization Scope: The ratio of tank capacity to pump room size is customizable. We integrate the client's choice of VFD Controlled Constant Pressure Booster System or fire pump components, along with custom tank nozzle placement and access points.
The entire module undergoes a comprehensive, end-to-end performance test before leaving the factory.
