Municipal-Friendly, Tank-Augmented Boosting
This station is the unified, modular assembly of a Non-Negative Pressure water supply system. It is housed on a skid or in a box enclosure and connects directly to the municipal main via a sealed, pressurized buffer tank (or chamber) that prevents the booster pumps from drawing a vacuum on the public pipeline.
The system relies on VFD-controlled pumps and advanced differential compensation logic to only draw water from the municipal main when pressure is available, thereby protecting the public network integrity while providing the necessary pressure boost to the building.
Specification Table: Non-Negative Pressure Station
| Principle | Prevents Suction Pressure Below Municipal Level (Non-Negative) |
| Key Component | Sealed, Pressurized Buffer/Regulator Tank |
| Pumps | VFD Controlled Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps |
| Hygienic Feature | Eliminates Secondary Contamination Risk (No Atmospheric Tank) |
| Control | Digital Differential Compensation Logic |
| Efficiency | High (Utilizes Municipal Pressure Head) |
| Compliance | Municipal Water Works Direct Connection Regulations |
| Acoustics | Low-Noise Operation (Often Enclosed) |
Application Fields
- Dense urban residential and commercial centers with high demand but sensitive municipal infrastructure.
- High-rise buildings that require significant pressure augmentation without affecting the city water main.
- Retrofit projects to improve water quality and energy efficiency over old break-tank systems.
- Outdoor installations using the Digital Full Frequency Conversion Box-Type enclosure.
- Any location where water quality and municipal code compliance are the highest priorities.
Engineering and Custom Fabrication
Our patented VFD control software is the core of this system, providing the high-speed processing required to manage the delicate pressure balance between the municipal main and the booster pumps.
Customization Scope: Specific flow and pressure curve matching, integration of advanced water quality monitoring (as in the VFD Controlled Water Quality Improvement system), and customized enclosure features (e.g., the Integrated Box Water Supply Pump Station).
We provide full documentation and support for obtaining local water authority approvals for the direct connection technology.
