Inline Circulation Pump

EC series single-stage vertical pipeline centrifugal pump through the centrifugal force generated by the impeller of the rotating pump to drive the rotation of the fluid to complete the liquid transport, mainly by the main shaft, impeller, pump shell, mechanical seal combination of the pump body and the motor through the coupling. EC series can work under high temperatures and pressure, mainly used in boilers, cooling towers, and air conditioning systems, and can be used as a booster pump in water supply systems. its tubular structure ensures that the pump is installed directly in a horizontal piping system with the same inlet and outlet level and the same pipe diameter. This design makes the pump structure and piping more compact.

Pump Connection
●Pull-up design, motor, and pump body for a separate structure.
●The pump head is used as a connecting device between the motor and the pump body, and the O-ring is used as a seal between the pump body and the motor.
●The flange size conforms to the requirements of PN16 in GB/T17241.6 or ISO7005- -2/DIN2501.

Pump liquid temperature
●Normal temperature pump: liquid temperature between-15℃ and +70℃
●Hot water pump: liquid temperature between -15℃ and +105℃

●Squirrel-cage fully enclosed air-cooled IEC motors are suitable for continuous operation

Performance Curve
●All curves are based on 3 x 380V motor measurements at a constant speed of 2900rpm, 1480rpm or 1450rpm.
●Curve tolerance in line with ISO9906.
● The test medium of clean water temperature is 20°C and does not contain any solid impurities or air.
●The use of the pump refers to the performance range of the thick line to prevent the flow rate from overheating the motor, or the flow rate from overloading the motor.

Pump operating condition
●Liquid of thin, clean, non-flammable, or explosive, and does not contain particles or fibers
●Ambient temperature: no more than +40°C
●Altitude: no more than 1000m
