Advanced Hydrostatic Balance and Direct Connection
This is a highly sophisticated booster system engineered to connect directly to the municipal water main without creating negative pressure (suction) in the public pipeline. It achieves this via a sealed, pressurized buffer tank (or regulator tank) equipped with internal sensors that continuously monitor the municipal supply pressure.
The 'Differential Compensation' mechanism uses the VFD to precisely control the pump's draw rate, ensuring that the pump suction pressure never drops below a pre-set low-limit (e.g., 0.0 MPa or slightly above), thereby protecting the municipal pipe network from collapse, backflow, and secondary contamination. The entire system is housed in a compact, protected box enclosure.

Application Fields
- Dense urban residential areas requiring high pressure without municipal line disruption.
- Office buildings and commercial facilities where continuous, stable supply is critical.
- Retrofitting older booster systems that draw from a cistern, simplifying the water path and improving water quality.
- Integration into outdoor utility zones where the box-type enclosure provides security and weather protection.
- Supply of water from shared neighborhood mains without affecting neighbors.
Engineering and Custom Fabrication
Our R&D team has developed proprietary high-speed control algorithms specifically for the differential compensation mechanism, providing industry-leading responsiveness to pressure fluctuations.
Customization Scope: We offer flow capacities from 10 m3/h up to 500 m3/h, specific pump configurations (Duplex/Triplex), and the integration of remote cellular communication for municipalities to monitor the impact on their main network in real-time.
Each system is factory-calibrated and tested using simulated municipal pressure profiles to ensure the non-negative pressure function performs under all conditions.
