Sectional Design and Corrosion Protection
The Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) Steel Bolted Water Tank is a highly modular storage solution constructed from factory-pressed, standardized steel panels coated with a thick layer of zinc via the hot-dip galvanization process. This sacrificial zinc layer provides exceptional protection against rust and corrosion, making the tank highly durable for outdoor and industrial environments.
The tank is assembled on-site using external or internal bolting and high-performance, non-toxic gaskets (e.g., EPDM). Its sectional design allows for customizable dimensions and ease of transport and assembly, particularly in restricted areas or remote locations.

Engineering and Custom Fabrication

Customization Scope: Tank geometry (L x W x H), location and size of nozzles/fittings, and options for external insulation to control water temperature are fully customizable.
We provide stamped drawings certifying the coating thickness and structural load calculations for the tank base.
