System Architecture and Pressure Regulation
A VFD Controlled Constant Pressure Booster System is an integrated package designed to maintain a consistent discharge pressure regardless of fluctuating demand on the supply side. The system employs multiple pumps (duty/standby/assist) controlled by Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and a master control unit.
The master controller manages the VFDs based on real-time feedback from the system pressure sensor. As demand increases, the controller ramps up the speed of the lead pump and, if necessary, brings additional pumps online sequentially (cascading control). This sophisticated control strategy ensures hydraulic stability, prevents rapid pressure cycling, and provides maximum energy savings by running pumps only at the speed required to meet the current load.

Application Fields
- Residential and commercial building domestic water supply from public lines.
- Pressure boosting for schools, universities, and hotel complexes.
- Industrial plant water supply requiring highly stable process pressure.
- Integration with fire-fighting jockey pumps for pressure maintenance in wet riser systems.
- Retrofitting older buildings to eliminate rooftop storage tanks and improve water quality.
Engineering and Custom Fabrication
Our systems are prefabricated in a modular fashion, reducing on-site installation time by up to 60%. The proprietary LeShui control software is designed for superior pressure transient response.
Customization Scope: We offer box-type stations (Digital Fully Variable-Frequency Tank-Type) for complete, secure enclosures. Options include specialized anti-vibration mounts, remote GSM/GPRS monitoring modules, and integration with the client's existing water meter system for data logging.
Full Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are performed, including multi-pump sequencing and simulated pressure drop/recovery cycles.
