System Definition and Modular Integration
The SW Integrated Pumping Station (SWIPS) is a comprehensive, factory-built solution that combines the water storage component (using the proprietary SW large module water tank) and the pressure boosting equipment (pumps, VFDs, controllers) into a single, cohesive, and modular unit. The design emphasizes minimized footprint, rapid deployment, and optimized internal component arrangement.
The station is engineered as a total system, ensuring hydraulic compatibility between the suction side (tank outlet) and the discharge side (pump inlet), eliminating the potential for cavitation and maximizing the Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) available, leading to higher pump efficiency and longevity.
Specification Table: SW Integrated Pumping Station

Application Fields
- New residential subdivision and community water supply requiring quick infrastructure setup.
- Industrial parks needing decentralized water storage and boosting capability.
- Temporary or phased infrastructure projects where scalability is required.
- Fire water reserves for buildings where a separate pump room is not viable (using the integrated pump compartment).
- Large-scale commercial campuses requiring high-capacity, dedicated water zones.
Engineering and Custom Fabrication
We apply advanced 3D modeling and factory workflow optimization to ensure every component (tank panel, pump, valve) fits perfectly into the final integrated skid, verified by pre-assembly testing.
Customization Scope: Tank capacity, pump selection (flow/head), VFD brand/specification, and the complexity of the control logic (e.g., pressure zoning for large areas) are fully customizable to the project's specification.
